Smooching Cats

I was just sitting on the bed this evening when I noticed that Benjamin (right) had put his arm around Minnie and was planting a kiss on her cheek. For once, I had a camera handy and captured the evidence.


Eventually, Benjamin realised I was watching and turned and curled his lip, disdainfully, at me.


He pulled his arm away suddenly, leaving Minnie to raise her head and wonder what she had done to offend him!

    Oh my, you were intruding on an intimate moment. I can imagine him whispering sweet nothings in her ear. It's almost as if you're the paparazzi.

    Well, I am behind on visiting and missed this sweet kitty photo! Oftentimes, a snuggle and a lick turn into a thwap shortly after the licking though. Is Benjamin missing a K9 on that side with the curled lip? At the cat hospital where I work, we call that 'Elvis Lip', lol
